  • Working Principle
When the product is working, the first step is to start the electric vibrator to prepare for material dropping. When the concrete enters the thruster through the feeding hopper of this machine, the hydraulic pump station and oil cylinder start to expand and contract. The thruster pushes the concrete into the U-shaped cavity formed by the channel forming mold. At the same time, the vibration of the electric vibrator and the pushing force of the hydraulic cylinder are used to generate squeezing and compacting forces, causing the guiding rollers on both sides of the front of the mechanical body to move linearly in the tracks placed on both sides of the channel, thus achieving the function of automatic walking. Due to the thrust of the oil cylinder and the vibration of the vibrator on the concrete, the compactness and strength of the U-shaped channel are enhanced, achieving five major performance advantages of the U-shaped component: long distance, thin wall thickness, high strength, leakage prevention, and beautiful appearance.
